Working days means Monday to Saturday, excluding festivals and public holidays in Nagaland.

What we cannot help with

  • Government services. We are not a government agency and cannot process applications, permits, or complaints outside Clean Nagaland’s scope.
  • Legal advice. See a qualified lawyer or a legal aid clinic.
  • Medical or psychological advice. See a qualified doctor or counselor.
  • Cases older than two years. Our records of old cases are deliberately minimal to protect privacy.
  • Requests to identify anonymous reporters. We do not have that information and would not share it even if we did.

A note on tone

We read every message. We respond to every legitimate message. We do not respond to abuse, threats, or messages that appear to be from bots or bulk senders. If your first message did not get a response, please send one follow-up after the response window above has passed. Sending five messages in five days makes it less likely, not more likely, that any of them will be read.
